Description

Exemestane is an aromatase inhibitor used to control estrogen levels by irreversibly blocking the aromatase enzyme. Unlike other AIs, it works via a “suicidal” mechanism, providing a more stable and long-lasting estrogen suppression.

It is commonly used during cycles and in post-cycle therapy (PCT) to prevent estrogen-related side effects such as gynecomastia and water retention.
